About the Role
You will support the pricing, negotiation, execution, and settlement of OTC digital-asset trades. You will monitor market conditions, source liquidity under supervision, manage orders within risk and compliance procedures, support post-trade settlement and reconciliation, maintain records, and assist with client onboarding and process improvements.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of experience, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field
- Interest in cryptocurrency markets, trading, and digital assets
- Basic understanding of financial markets or trading concepts
- Ability to follow procedures and compliance requirements
- Ability to work in a team and take feedback
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time OTC pricing, trade negotiation, and execution
- Assist with trade negotiation preparation and client communication
- Monitor price movements, volatility, and liquidity across venues
- Source liquidity from internal systems, exchanges, and external partners under supervision
- Support order management within trading limits, risk controls, and compliance guidelines
- Assist with settlement and post-trade processes, including wallet confirmations and reconciliation
- Maintain trade records and support reporting and documentation
- Participate in client onboarding discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve OTC processes
