About the Role
You will trade and manage positions across crypto spot and derivatives markets. You will coordinate with global trading teams, maintain accurate trade capture and position reconciliations, analyze trading metrics, and investigate record discrepancies with accounting and operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–4 years of trading or trading support experience at a bank, proprietary trading firm, or market-making firm
- Understanding of options theory and Greek risks
- Interest in crypto and macroeconomic markets
- Experience using blockchain protocols
- Understanding of crypto liquidity conditions
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Python and SQL skills are desirable
Responsibilities
- Trade and manage positions across crypto spot and derivatives markets
- Coordinate with global trading teams to maintain 24/7 market coverage
- Ensure accurate trade capture and data flow in risk systems
- Execute and maintain timely, accurate position reconciliations
- Compile and analyze trading metrics
- Work with accounting and operations teams to maintain record accuracy and investigate discrepancies
