About the Role
You will contribute to a trading book by generating revenue and managing risk. You will build volatility models, maintain volatility surfaces, monitor Greek exposures, and execute market-making strategies. You will backtest and deploy options strategies, analyze P&L performance, and work with control functions on governance.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of hands-on experience in options trading and algorithmic market making
- Use Python
- Understand FX, equity, and crypto market mechanics
- Understand CeFi, DeFi, perpetual futures, and margin models
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a trading book, generate revenue, and manage risk
- Implement volatility models and maintain real-time volatility surfaces for crypto assets
- Act as a principal market maker for crypto assets
- Monitor Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta, and Rho exposures
- Develop and refine systematic strategies for short-term mispricing and market making
- Partner with developers to backtest, prototype, and deploy options strategies
- Develop options products for distribution
- Perform P&L and Greek-exposure analysis to optimize trading models
- Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance on governance and controls
