About the Role
You will develop, deploy, and optimize profitable trading strategies across centralized and decentralized markets. You will contribute to continuous trading, monitoring, and risk management; identify market inefficiencies; and improve execution, tooling, and trading infrastructure. You will use data and real-time feedback to validate trading ideas and contribute research that improves strategy performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional trading experience at a proprietary trading firm, market maker, or crypto-native trading desk
- Proven PnL generation from personally built, deployed, and managed live strategies
- Low-latency CeFi trading and/or on-chain DeFi trading experience
- Understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
- Experience with exchange APIs and latency-sensitive systems
- Ability to generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback
- Quantitative, programming, and data-handling skills, including Python and SQL
- Ability to work flexible hours
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize profitable trading strategies across CeFi and DeFi markets
- Contribute to continuous trading, monitoring, and risk management of digital-asset strategies
- Identify and capitalize on market inefficiencies across exchanges, instruments, and protocols
- Enhance execution, tooling, and trading infrastructure
- Contribute research and insights to improve strategy performance and the strategy portfolio
