About the Role
You will own trading operations and on-call coverage during APAC hours. You will monitor live vaults and strategies, investigate alerts and risks, respond to incidents, and escalate issues when needed. You will improve operational processes, incident procedures, handovers, tools, monitoring, and documentation. You will track crypto and financial markets and support technical discussions with APAC partners.
Requirements
- Experience working with live financial markets in trading operations, execution, or a similar role
- Understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies
- Knowledge of crypto and traditional financial markets
- Ability to make decisions as new information becomes available
- Good judgment under pressure and ability to investigate and escalate issues
- Technical aptitude and understanding of trading strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Business fluency in Mandarin and English
Responsibilities
- Own trading operations and on-call coverage during APAC hours

- Investigate alerts, unexpected behavior, and potential risks
- Respond to operational incidents and escalate issues when needed
- Improve operational processes, incident response procedures, and regional handovers
- Track crypto and financial-market developments that could affect strategies
- Support technical discussions with APAC partners and explore new strategies
- Improve operational tools, monitoring processes, and documentation
