About the Role

Own the full lifecycle of prediction-market trading strategies, from research and backtesting through deployment, monitoring, and iteration. Run event-neutral, arbitrage, and relative-value strategies; build execution and risk tooling; establish trading guardrails; coordinate operational processes; and report performance using trading metrics.

Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of systematic or semi-systematic trading, sports or exchange betting, options arbitrage, or market-making experience.
  • Have 12+ months of real-capital trading experience on Kalshi, Polymarket, or an equivalent venue, with verifiable P&L.
  • Have deployed live strategies through adverse market regimes and liquidity droughts.
  • Know Python, including pandas, NumPy, and asynchronous I/O.
  • Know APIs, WebSockets, and basic SQL.
  • Understand portfolio construction under capital and counterparty or exchange risk constraints.
  • Have crypto-native and traditional finance experience involving controls, auditability, and operational and compliance handoffs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full strategy lifecycle, including research, backtesting, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Run event-neutral, arbitrage, and relative-value strategies across multiple venues.
  • Build and maintain execution and risk tooling.
  • Codify hard limits, pre-trade checks, and post-trade reports with operations.
  • Exploit fee, liquidity, settlement, timing, and cross-venue structural edges.
  • Coordinate onboarding, KYC, wallets, custody, and daily P&L with operations.
  • Report hit rates, expected value versus realized results, and Sharpe Ratio.
