About the Role

Research, design, and implement high-frequency trading strategies for digital asset markets; develop statistical models and algorithms; collaborate on low-latency trading systems; monitor real-time system issues; and analyze trading performance and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python and Rust or C++.
• Deep understanding of probability, statistics, and time-series analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and applying quantitative models.
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts, including market microstructure, liquidity, and slippage.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques or advanced optimization methods.
• Prior experience in algorithmic or high-frequency trading is a plus.
• Understanding of crypto markets and decentralized finance is a plus.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems is a plus.
