About the Role
You will design and implement an order-to-cash system, including a billing migration. You will lead monetization decisions, review non-standard deals, streamline CPQ, improve invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and provisioning, create approval guardrails and playbooks, and report on process performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years in deal desk, sales finance, or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company
- End-to-end quote-to-cash process ownership
- Experience implementing or migrating a CPQ or billing system
- Knowledge of SaaS contracts and revenue recognition
- Knowledge of pricing and billing margin implications
- Familiarity with usage-based and hybrid pricing
- Salesforce proficiency
- CPQ and billing stack proficiency
- Experience aligning Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an order-to-cash system
- Lead the business case for moving billing off Stripe
- Chair the monetization committee and drive pricing, packaging, and discounting decisions
- Review and approve non-standard deals
- Structure ramps, commitments, and usage terms
- Streamline CPQ and reduce quoting friction
- Improve invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and book-close handoffs
- Improve customer provisioning processes
- Build approval matrices, deal guardrails, and playbooks
- Report on cycle time, discount leakage, margin leakage, quote-to-cash errors, and days to close
