About the Role
You will support sales deal execution through quote and contract approvals, pricing, subscription activation, and billing coordination. You will advise account executives on deal policies, document scalable operating procedures, and improve quote-to-cash workflows with Sales, Legal, and Accounting.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Deal Desk experience
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, pricing, data enrichment, and sales-related systems
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems independently
Responsibilities
- Review and approve quotes and contract workflows within policy
- Escalate deal exceptions with clear context
- Enable product tiers, configure accounts, manage trial extensions, and coordinate billing
- Advise account executives on deal structure, approvals, and processes
- Document standard operating procedures and escalation guides
- Optimize, streamline, and automate quote-to-cash processes
- Serve as a subject matter expert on deal constructs, policies, and controls
