About the Role
You will map data-center and powered-land opportunities, build provider relationships, evaluate sites, support negotiations, prepare business cases, and maintain supplier and contract records. You will also share market intelligence on pricing and supply opportunities to support prioritization.
Requirements
- Data-center or land-sourcing experience in neocloud, hyperscaler, or brokerage environments
- Project management skills
- Ability to independently assess and prioritize opportunities
- Commercial analysis skills
- Business-case development skills
- Cost-tracking skills
- Supplier contract and relationship management skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a map of data-center and powered-land opportunities
- Own sourcing relationships from outreach through ongoing management
- Develop relationships with neoclouds, hyperscalers, brokers, and independent operators
- Evaluate sites and spaces for fit and priority
- Prepare business cases and cost analyses
- Maintain supplier, contract, and commercial-term records
- Manage provider relationships with discretion
- Provide market intelligence on pricing and market developments
