About the Role
You will train and support data annotators, document recurring issues, and implement solutions that improve consistency. You will refine annotation methods and guidelines, build quality-control processes, conduct audits, manage operational risks, plan workloads, coordinate resources, and ensure high-quality data is delivered on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- At least 2.5 years of data annotation experience
- Chinese and English proficiency, written and spoken
- Ability to interpret English annotation guidelines and technical documentation
- Knowledge of descriptive statistics, data cleaning, and preprocessing
- Proficiency with data-analysis tools
- Ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
