About the Role
You will supervise shift operations for robotic warehouse systems and lead site personnel. You will maintain safety and staffing standards, execute operating procedures, monitor automation and KPI performance, investigate incidents, resolve system issues, train staff, communicate with customer leaders, and document operational results.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Industrial Automation, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of management and manufacturing-operations experience
- Automation, warehousing, and business-process knowledge
- Leadership experience with cross-functional or cross-facility groups
- Experience working with executives and customers
- Maintenance procedures and manuals knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- At least 2 years of team supervision or leadership experience
- Robotics, industrial automation, electromechanical systems, maintenance, or industrial-operations experience
- PLC knowledge, including Allen-Bradley or Siemens
- SQL

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety commitments and procedures
- Manage hourly and salaried employees
- Execute standard operating procedures and improve performance
- Staff operations, set goals, train employees, and conduct performance reviews
- Coach the team to resolve system issues
- Develop operational standards, processes, procedures, and documentation
- Monitor system performance and present solutions
- Provide KPI reporting under contractual agreements
- Conduct accident investigations and document findings
- Supervise robotic and automated-system shift operations
- Diagnose and prioritize automation failures
- Maintain shift reports, escalation notes, system-health metrics, and KPI reports
- Collaborate with customer, maintenance, engineering, and operations leaders
