Own technical and commercial outcomes for customers across the UK and Ireland by leading onboarding, enablement, adoption, renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities; advising customers on production deployments; analyzing usage and performance data; and collaborating cross-functionally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management experience
- Complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML product experience
- Experience managing a defined book of business
- Fluent English
- UK and Ireland market experience
- AI agent building and deployment experience
- API integration and SDK experience
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Revenue quota ownership
- Renewal and cross-sell experience
- Problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills
- Customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment
Responsibilities
- Run onboarding, enablement, and growth across the platform
- Advise customers on production deployment
- Analyze usage and performance data
- Drive revenue retention and growth
- Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
- Manage a defined book of business against retention and expansion targets
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and customer success leadership
