About the Role

You will act as a strategic advisor to a large technology customer. You will manage account operations, guide Claude adoption, identify new use cases, implement change management, plan consumption, quantify ROI, and coordinate cross-functional work.

Requirements

• 8+ years in customer success, technical account management, solutions engineering, or strategy consulting
• Experience working with F10 companies at the executive level
• Experience leading organization-wide adoption programs with C-suite sponsorship
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, software development lifecycle, and implementation patterns
• Experience building workflows with AI agents, skills, tooling, and preferably Claude Code
• Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes in a highly matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with customer decision makers
• Guide customers on API, Claude Code, and Cowork capabilities
• Maintain account assessments, success plans, and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Identify new use cases and onboard additional business units
• Execute change-management and organizational enablement programs
• Develop consumption plans, ROI hypotheses, and outcome measurements
• Prioritize workstreams and build repeatable operating motions
