About the Role

Own the technical and commercial outcomes for customers across the DACH region by leading onboarding and enablement, advising on production deployments, analyzing usage and performance data, driving adoption, and managing renewals, upsells, cross-sell, and revenue expansion.

Requirements

5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the DACH region
Experience owning and managing a defined book of business
Fluent German and English
Experience working across the DACH market
Experience building and deploying AI agents
Experience with API integrations and SDKs
Cross-functional experience with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing
Experience owning revenue quotas and closing cross-sell opportunities
Problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment

Responsibilities

Run customer onboarding and enablement
Drive customer growth across the platform, speech models, creative tools, and Agents
Advise customers on production deployment
Analyze usage and performance data to identify friction
Drive adoption and measurable customer value
Own renewals, upsells, cross-sell, and revenue expansion
Manage a defined book of business
Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership
