About the Role

You will lead the executive briefing program at your location. You will own intake, agenda design, speaker selection, event execution, measurement, and reporting. You will partner with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver tailored customer briefings and establish consistent global operating practices.

Requirements

• Experience running executive briefings, customer events, or comparable programs for senior external audiences
• Program management skills including intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and SLA management
• Experience designing agendas and facilitating discussions with senior customer audiences
• Experience building processes, playbooks, or tooling
• Ability to track and communicate program metrics
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on site at the briefing center when briefings take place

Responsibilities

• Own the local executive briefing calendar, capacity planning, intake process, and operating SLAs
• Partner with GTM leadership to select strategic accounts for briefings
• Lead account discovery and create tailored agendas
• Design agendas, discussion topics, speaker plans, and demos with Sales
• Build and manage a local speaker bench
• Lead day-of orchestration and customer experience
• Contribute to scalable global playbooks, tooling, and best practices
• Share intake and triage across time zones
• Maintain criteria, lead times, and process documentation
• Own measurement and reporting for the center
• Onboard and coach briefing team members and contractors
