About the Role

You will lead integrations and strategic collaborations with chains, DeFi protocols, wallets, and Web3 communities. You will identify high-impact partners, execute product and technical integrations, design co-marketing and incentive programs, negotiate partnership terms, and work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Legal, and Marketing to launch and scale collaborations.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of proven experience in crypto, DeFi, or fintech partnerships
  • Deep understanding of stablecoins, wallets, and DeFi protocols
  • Established network across major ecosystems
  • Proven track record executing product or technical integrations and managing external partnerships
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced, product-driven environments and manage complex dependencies
  • Skilled negotiator and communicator able to align technical, business, and executive stakeholders
  • Self-driven, analytical, and execution-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with ecosystem players
  • Co-develop campaigns, loyalty programs, and incentives that align partner and company growth objectives
  • Support co-branded initiatives to extend reach within crypto-native audiences
  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of crypto partners and ensure long-term alignment
  • Negotiate partnership terms, incentive models, and integration frameworks
  • Work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Legal, and Marketing to launch and scale collaborations
  • Identify and lead integrations with protocols, infrastructure providers, and ecosystems
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align integration priorities and deliver seamless user experiences
  • Track trends across stablecoins, on-chain finance, and Web3 ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities
  • Benchmark ecosystem strategies to stay ahead of emerging models and markets
