About the Role
You will identify and develop new products with collaboration partners, support integrators in using Symbiotic’s infrastructure, and turn partner relationships into meaningful distribution. You will coordinate launches and partner growth across teams, manage an ecosystem pipeline, and push opportunities forward with minimal oversight. You should be comfortable owning ambiguous work, learning quickly, and making things happen across product, partnerships, and go-to-market.
Requirements
- Experience in DeFi, crypto business development, protocol ecosystem, or a related role
- Working knowledge of DeFi primitives and financial products and technical curiosity
- Organized and execution-oriented with ability to manage multiple partner conversations
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills to explain technical ideas simply and build trust with partners
Responsibilities
- Act as a day-to-day partner for integrators and help them use Symbiotic’s infrastructure
- Support launches and partner growth by coordinating across ecosystem, sales, product, research, and marketing
- Work with partners to identify distribution strategies that attract liquidity and usage
- Maintain a view of the ecosystem pipeline, partner needs, and next steps, and push opportunities forward
- Identify new product and collaboration opportunities with protocols, vault curators, and yield funds
