About the Role

You will own the end-to-end cards product: setting the roadmap, defining cardholder experiences, and shipping platform capabilities. You will partner with engineering and design to make tradeoffs on issuing flows, authorization behavior, ledger design, and network integrations. You will gather partner feedback, measure adoption, tune activation and growth levers, and iterate quickly to improve retention and usage.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of product management experience with zero-to-one and scale experience
  • Exceptional product judgment and analytical rigor
  • Senior autonomous operator who can define problems and own outcomes
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs payment systems and blockchain concepts
  • Attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to ship quickly measure adoption and iterate

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for the cards product and drive it end to end
  • Partner with engineering on platform and infrastructure tradeoffs
  • Define and ship cardholder onboarding activation and lifecycle experiences
  • Build and tune activation and growth levers to drive adoption and retention
  • Translate payments and stablecoin infrastructure into intuitive product surfaces
  • Gather partner feedback and prioritize high-leverage work
  • Measure product performance, iterate quickly, and improve outcomes
