Alliance operates a boutique startup accelerator based in New York City, selecting promising founders three times per year. It provides $400,000 upon admission plus a $400,000 follow-on investment at seed, domain-specific mentorship, lectures, weekly check-ins, community access, founder perks, recruiting support, fundraising introductions, and Demo Day opportunities. Its alumni community includes more than 700 crypto and fintech founders, and its portfolio spans payments, stablecoins, trading, DeFi, infrastructure, and related technologies.

About the Role
Mentor founders through the Alliance accelerator from admission through fundraising, guide teams toward product-market fit, support high-stakes decisions, and create public content that amplifies founders and accelerator insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and scaling a company
- Deep expertise in building and scaling startups
- Domain expertise in crypto and/or AI
- Strong judgment in assessing technical founders and markets
- High emotional intelligence and discretion
- Willingness to relocate to New York City
Responsibilities
- Mentor founders through the accelerator
- Guide teams toward product-market fit
- Advise on product, growth, and fundraising
- Prepare teams for fundraising and Demo Day
- Introduce founders to investors and support seed closings
- Conduct admissions interviews and evaluate companies
- Select exceptional founders for the accelerator
- Support founders through pivots and cofounder breakups
- Produce podcasts, essays, and social media posts
