About the Role

You will mentor founders through the accelerator, guiding teams toward product-market fit and providing tactical input across product, growth, and fundraising. You will prepare teams for Demo Day, help refine pitches, introduce founders to investors, and work hands-on until seed rounds close. You will run admissions interviews, evaluate companies for acceptance, and build conviction around founders and markets. You will support founders through high-stakes inflection points such as pivots and cofounder breakups. You will also produce public content including podcasts, essays, and social posts to share learnings and amplify founders.

Requirements

  • Proven founder experience building and scaling a company
  • Deep expertise in building and scaling startups
  • Domain expertise in crypto and/or AI
  • Strong judgment in assessing technical founders and markets
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion
  • Willingness to relocate to New York City

Responsibilities

  • Mentor founders
