About the Role
You will lead CRM strategy and execution for subscription products. You will use analytics, segmentation, targeting, predictive modelling, and behavioural insights to improve campaign performance, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value. You will manage and mentor a Senior CRM Executive, oversee loyalty programmes, and align initiatives with Marketing, Sales, and Product stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM experience, ideally in subscription-based businesses
- Experience with subscription billing systems and customer databases
- CRM analytics, segmentation, and predictive modelling
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation technologies
- Project management and strategic thinking

Responsibilities
- Lead CRM strategy and execution for subscription products
- Guide senior CRM team members on best practices and emerging trends
- Manage and mentor a Senior CRM Executive
- Refine segmentation and personalise member communications using data analytics
- Implement targeting strategies to optimise campaign performance and customer lifetime value
- Apply predictive modelling and behavioural analytics to reduce churn
- Align CRM initiatives with Marketing, Sales, and Product
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience and subscription revenue
- Develop and oversee customer advocacy and loyalty programmes
