About the Role

You will lead brand and creative expression across marketing events business editorial web and media surfaces. You will steward and evolve the brand systems, deepening visual language across touchpoints, and you will guide designers and partners through briefing, ideation, critique, and delivery. You will champion a modern, exploratory creative practice with AI workflows, and collaborate across Marketing, Product, Content, Events and Leadership to solve the right problems with aesthetic ambition. You will oversee brand assets, guidelines, and templates to scale outputs, and present creative direction to senior leadership with clarity and conviction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience leading brand and digital creative work with a portfolio at a leading studio agency or in house
  • Ability to build and evolve brand systems that scale across audiences products and touchpoints
  • Strong intuition for motion language timing and animation principles
  • Comfort directing motion work and hands on with After Effects Rive Lottie or similar
  • Mastery of Figma Adobe Creative Suite and modern design workflows
  • Ability to move between strategic direction and direct execution and evolve toolkit
  • Experience collaborating with web and engineering partners; code adjacent tools is a plus
  • Proven ability to direct designers and work with stakeholders at program level including critique and talent development
  • Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills
  • Willingness to work across teams in NYC Cayman London and Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative expression across marketing events business editorial web and media surfaces
  • Steward and evolve brand systems across brands to mature visual language across touchpoints
  • Develop and direct brand motion language across film social product events and digital surfaces
  • Direct creative output at the project and program level briefing ideation critique and delivery
  • Champion a modern exploratory creative practice actively experimenting with tools AI workflows and emerging design technologies
  • Keep the brand system moving by developing assets guides templates and partner facing resources
  • Partner cross functionally with Marketing Product Content Events Business and Executive leadership to ensure creative work solves the right problems with aesthetic ambition
  • Own brand expression for audiences across digital and product marketing campaigns sales collateral event identity research reports social multimedia product lines and launches
  • Shape the strategy for custom imagery including asset management AI generated visuals and differentiation across brands and tech stacks
  • Oversee creative for group level operations such as office branding internal comms swag and creative services
  • Present and articulate creative direction to senior leadership with clarity conviction and storytelling craft
  • Inspire and elevate the team by modeling rigorous refinement low ego and accountable execution
  • Collaborate across teams in NYC Cayman London and Hong Kong
