About the Role
You will design end-to-end financial products and experiences, validate ideas with users, and improve the app. You will bring interfaces to life through motion and microinteractions, build selected solutions in React Native and Expo, and create tools that help improve design work.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience designing products and experiences.
- Strong visual judgment and exceptional attention to detail, demonstrated through a portfolio.
- Experience launching features and improvements for real users while working closely with developers or building them independently.
- Experience building personal products with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Experience with motion tools such as Rive or Lottie is a plus.
- Fintech experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end financial products and experiences and validate ideas with users.
- Identify and launch improvements to the app.
- Build selected app improvements using React Native and Expo and collaborate with the Mobile team on others.
- Create interface motion and microinteractions.
- Build solutions and tools that improve the design work of the wider team.
