About the Role
You will define the content studio's creative vision, strategy, quality standards, and workflows. You will develop content, identify creative talent and partners, create reusable formats, and work with creative and production leaders on project priorities, scope, budget, and delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years building or scaling a content, production, editorial, or studio capability
- Content creation experience and editorial judgment across multiple formats and channels
- Ability to develop high-priority content from concept through delivery
- Ability to creatively lead work while partnering with Production
- Ability to build trust with senior leaders, technical experts, creative collaborators, and external talent
- Operational rigor and decision-making ability in fast-moving production environments
Responsibilities
- Define the content studio's creative vision, strategy, quality measures, and production workflows
- Identify creative talent and partners across internal teams, freelancers, and agencies
- Create reusable formats, playbooks, and standards for web, social, editorial, and brand content
- Partner with creative leads to prioritize requests and define creative ambitions
- Work with Production on project scope, budget, tradeoffs, and delivery
