About the Role
You will structure, draft, and negotiate agreements for supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement. You will lead complex negotiations, oversee outside counsel, coordinate transactions across functions, and provide proactive legal and commercial advice to business leaders.
Requirements
- Active license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
- Experience leading complex commercial agreement negotiations
- Experience making commercially pragmatic decisions in high-stakes situations
- Experience overseeing outside counsel
- Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly
