About the Role
You will serve as the primary legal partner for infrastructure projects. You will negotiate compute, cloud, hardware, data center, power, construction, and strategic transaction agreements. You will create legal playbooks, partner on security and privacy matters, and manage specialized outside counsel.

Responsibilities
- Lead negotiation of compute and cloud capacity agreements
- Own strategic hardware partnerships
- Drive legal support for data center and AI factory buildouts
- Structure and negotiate power arrangements
- Lead strategic infrastructure transactions
- Build scalable legal playbooks, templates, and delegation frameworks
- Partner on security, privacy, and policy issues
- Manage specialized outside counsel
