About the Role
You will lead legal strategy and execution for data center acquisitions and digital infrastructure transactions. You will negotiate high-value contracts, advise on corporate structure and governance, manage legal relationships with operators, lessors, financing sources, and off-takers, and coordinate cross-functional risk management.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of direct infrastructure transaction experience with data center providers, neo-clouds, or hyperscalers
- Experience leading sophisticated cross-functional transactions
- Knowledge of compute and digital infrastructure
- Ability to negotiate technical infrastructure terms
- Experience with real estate or physical infrastructure transactions
- Experience with due diligence, regulatory issues, and dispute resolution
- Juris Doctor and bar admission
Responsibilities
- Lead legal strategy and execution for data center acquisitions and digital infrastructure transactions
- Structure transactions with financing components
- Manage legal relationships with data center operators, lessors, financing sources, and off-takers
- Advise on corporate structure and governance
