About the Role
You will support acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities for digital infrastructure assets. You will lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence; prepare investment theses and executive materials; work with infrastructure, finance, and legal stakeholders; monitor industry dynamics; and cultivate strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
- Experience focused on data centers, digital infrastructure, and real estate
- Financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Experience building real-estate development models, merger models, and accretion/dilution analysis
- Experience presenting to executives and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships
- Work with infrastructure, site selection, finance, and legal stakeholders on transactions
- Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence
- Prepare business-case memos and executive presentations
- Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities
- Develop investment theses and market analyses
- Cultivate strategic partnerships
