About the Role
You will draft, review, negotiate, and complete commercial and procurement contracts for technology transactions. You will manage contract lifecycles, identify risks, improve contracting processes, coordinate regional legal matters, and deliver local enablement sessions for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Knowledge of software, SaaS, reseller, services, partnership, and commercial agreements
- Ability to independently draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and procurement contracts
- Experience managing the full contract lifecycle for technology transactions, sales organizations, or partnerships
Responsibilities
- Draft, analyze, negotiate, and complete commercial transactions
- Develop scalable solutions that improve contracting efficiency
- Streamline contract management processes and identify risks
- Collaborate with product, sales, operations, research, and procurement stakeholders
- Coordinate the triage of regional legal matters
- Roll out regional process improvements, policy updates, and programs
- Plan and facilitate local enablement sessions
- Support other legal-function work as needed
