About the Role
You analyze digital asset regulations, assess their business impact and translate them into practical requirements. You advise digital asset trading teams, support product launches and market expansions, engage with regulators and market infrastructure providers, coordinate audits, maintain compliance controls and deliver compliance training.
Requirements
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- At least five years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, or risk within financial markets
- Strong focus on digital assets
- Knowledge of MiCAR, digital assets-related EU and global regulations, and MiFID II
- Experience designing and structuring regulatory frameworks
- Ability to advise trading teams in ambiguous settings
- Understanding of financial markets, digital asset products, trading strategies, and proprietary trading
- Excellent analytical skills

- Analyze existing and upcoming digital asset regulations
- Assess the impact of regulations on the business
- Translate regulations into clear business requirements
- Advise digital asset trading teams on compliance matters
- Support digital asset product launches, market expansions, and business development initiatives
- Engage with regulators, exchanges, trading venues, and market infrastructure providers
- Respond to regulatory inquiries
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for digital asset trading
