About the Role
Support compensation for designated client groups, lead annual and mid-year compensation cycles, manage compensation systems, conduct benchmarking analyses, maintain compensation bands and zones, and build complex models for program design and leadership decisions.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards
- Experience owning or co-owning a compensation cycle
- Benchmarking experience
- Strong analytical skills
- RSU/equity experience
- Compensation systems fluency with Workday, Compa, Pave, or equivalent
- Nice to have: private or pre-IPO experience, EPD client support, and Plaid tech stack familiarity
Responsibilities
- Own compensation support for specific client groups
- Lead configuration and rollout of annual and mid-year compensation cycles in Workday and compensation tooling
- Manage and maintain compensation systems including Compa, Pave, and external survey tools
- Run benchmarking analysis and competitive pay positioning
- Maintain compensation band and zone data
- Build and maintain complex models for program design and leadership decisions
- Partner with team members on high-priority workstreams
