About the Role

You will own major compensation program portfolios and develop scalable frameworks for their delivery. You will translate compensation rules into automated workflows and self-service resources, establish governance guardrails, collaborate with peers and operations partners, and advise leadership on pay equity, talent markets, and organizational design.

Requirements

  • Experience designing iterating and scaling enterprise compensation programs end to end
  • Strong compensation consulting experience
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining cross-functional alignment
  • Ability to solve edge cases through policy redesign automation and self-service tooling
  • High proficiency in quantitative modeling and compensation metrics
  • Substantial compensation experience
  • Fluency with modern compensation planning HRIS and data and analytics tooling

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver assigned compensation program portfolios
  • Collaborate with peer Program Leads on global compensation philosophy and delivery
  • Translate compensation rules into automated workflows and self-service resources
  • Design governance guardrails and delegation-of-authority frameworks
  • Advise senior leadership on talent market positioning pay equity and organizational design
  • Evaluate compensation metrics through quantitative modeling
  • Partner with data operations and tooling teams
