You will build and maintain the tools, infrastructure, and workflows that support global community programs. You will automate processes, manage program operations from applications through events, coordinate vendors and reimbursements, maintain reporting infrastructure, and resolve operational issues for ambassadors and internal partners.
Requirements
- Experience building scalable databases, workflows, and automations
- Experience managing global vendors, budgets, and event operations
- Fluency with Cursor, Databricks, Luma, Slack, Notion, Salesforce, CRM, and Clay
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal tooling and infrastructure for community programs
- Identify operational gaps and automate manual processes
- Manage application reviews, onboarding, member support, reimbursements, swag logistics, vendor coordination, and event operations
- Build community reporting data infrastructure and dashboards with Revenue Operations
- Serve as the operational point of contact for ambassadors and internal partners
