About the Role
You will lead drafting and negotiations for complex enterprise technology agreements, including MSAs, enterprise terms and conditions, and DPAs. You will resolve AI-related deal concerns, align stakeholders, use AI tools to improve deal velocity, translate EU regulations into commercial terms, and maintain audit-ready deal documentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of legal experience, including 3+ years in SaaS.
- Experience with six-figure enterprise deals and common negotiation sticking points.
- Experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, enterprise terms and conditions, and DPAs from scratch.
- Familiarity with DORA, the EU AI Act, GDPR, and common negotiation frameworks.
- Ability to navigate AI governance, risk, and model-training concerns.
- Ability to explain LLM provider and AI system deployer roles.
- Ability to make high-stakes decisions with imperfect information and balance risk with commercial urgency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of MSAs, enterprise terms and conditions, DPAs, and other technology agreements for complex enterprise deals.
- Resolve complex AI-related deal concerns, propose practical solutions, and align stakeholders.
- Use Lovable and other AI tools to reduce deal cycles and increase deal velocity.
- Translate EU AI Act, GDPR, and Data Act requirements into commercial terms.
- Maintain clean, documented, and consistent deal records to support audits and expansion.
