About the Role
You will lead commercial contracting across the deal lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and closing customer agreements. You will partner with sales to structure deals and manage risk, advise marketing on sponsorships and campaigns, handle vendor and procurement agreements, and build scalable legal templates and processes.
Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant experience, ideally combining law firm and in-house work
- JD and membership in at least one US state bar
- Commercial contracting expertise
- Ability to negotiate independently
- Experience supporting a fast-moving sales organization
- Ability to translate legal complexity into practical guidance
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial counsel for customer contracts, NDAs, and related sales agreements
- Partner with sales to structure deals, manage risk, and advance agreements
