About the Role
You will manage high-volume enterprise contract negotiations involving AI SaaS licensing, marketing, partnership agreements, and NDAs. You will redline legal documents, balance commercial risk and reward, advise technical and operational stakeholders, engage with enterprise counsel, and help establish contract-compliance mechanisms.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience with inbound and outbound contracts
Responsibilities
- Focus on US enterprise deals and contract work
- Manage a high-volume workflow of contract negotiations
- Redline and negotiate licensing, SaaS agreements, and NDAs
- Provide legal guidance that balances risk and reward
- Apply national and international requirements to technical and operational guidance
- Engage with enterprise counsel to close deals fairly and quickly
- Help establish and grow contract-compliance mechanisms
