Translate industry processes into product requirements, represent the venture externally, and help shape its positioning and long-term direction.

  • Deep experience with delegated authority, program business, and capacity placement
  • Proven senior network across MGAs and capital providers
  • Firsthand experience with underwriting workflows, capacity constraints, and capacity allocation

Responsibilities

  • Lead market entry, early partner engagement, product domain expertise, commercial execution, and industry adoption
  • Act as the industry anchor with MGAs, carriers, reinsurers, and capacity providers
  • Represent the venture credibly across the market and with early partners
  • Unlock early design partners among MGAs, insurers, and syndicates
  • Shorten sales and partnership cycles through existing credibility and relationships
  • Build trust in a regulated, relationship-driven industry
  • Ground the platform in real-world underwriting and capacity workflows

  • Ensure the platform reflects how capacity is evaluated, approved, deployed, and governed
  • Pressure-test product assumptions using firsthand market experience
  • Represent the venture externally with partners, investors, and the broader market
  • Shape messaging, positioning, and category narrative

Benefits
