About the Role
Assist clients with trading products through text and live support channels, diagnose and resolve trading issues, test new features, provide fee and margin calculations, support quality assurance and training activities, and potentially monitor trading activity for fraudulent actions or trade-out attacks.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Experience with digital asset or other trading platforms
- Knowledge of trading and charting
- Understanding of leveraged trading
- Good math skills
- English fluency
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Answer client questions through text and live support channels
- Diagnose and resolve trading issues
- Provide testing and feedback for new trading features
- Assist with support team management
- Perform quality assurance for other support specialists
- Improve training materials
- Update Confluence articles
- Provide fee, margin, and profit-and-loss calculation breakdowns
- Monitor trading activity for potentially fraudulent actions
