About the Role
You will support customers by phone, answer account questions, process withdrawals and fund transfers, identify resources, and place trades. You will complete paid licensing training, develop customer-service and financial-services skills, and transition to daily work in an Investor Center.
Requirements
- Customer service experience by phone or in person
- Ability to serve clients in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Successful completion of required licensing exams
Responsibilities
- Support customers through inbound phone calls
- Answer questions about account balances
- Process withdrawals and fund transfers
- Identify customer resources
- Place trades
- Obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses
- Work in an Investor Center during onboarding and transition to daily onsite work
