About the Role
You will help lead and develop customer support representatives, provide coaching and performance feedback, and resolve escalated customer issues. You will oversee queues, workforce coordination, service levels, and performance metrics. You will work with quality assurance, operations, and compliance partners to maintain service quality and regulatory alignment.
Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- Series 9/10 or 24 preferred, or ability to obtain Series 9/10 within 120 days
- Coaching and leadership skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Scheduling flexibility
