About the Role
You will lead and coach customer support representatives, provide performance feedback, resolve escalated customer issues, oversee queue management and workforce coordination, monitor service metrics, and work with quality assurance, operations, and compliance partners. You will work overnight shifts and support customers during surges.
Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- Series 9/10 or 24 license, or ability to obtain Series 9/10 within 120 days
