About the Role
You will be responsible for Indian Intelligence and Defence customers who are driven by the mission to make the world a safer place, supporting national security, law enforcement and civilian agencies to disrupt criminal operations, reduce illicit activity, recover funds for victims, and investigate cases involving digital assets. You'll establish trust and build strong relationships with National Security stakeholders, tailoring your sales approach to meet their needs, and evangelizing solutions in a compelling yet approachable way. You'll measure your success by attainment of assigned quota, accuracy of forecasting, and the growth of accounts in the region. You are an expert at navigating complex sales cycles, building a calculated account plan, and still enjoy the thrill of closing a deal.
Requirements
- Demonstrated history in a previous B2B SaaS sales role
- Proven sales experience and trusted relationships with Indian Central and/or States Intelligence and national security agencies and/or financial regulators
- Understanding of the procurement systems of Indian Central and/or States National Security and/or financial regulators
- Articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise way
- Track record in new business development, delivering accurate sales forecast and strategic and tactical account development
- Willing to travel within India for identifying and building sales growth
- Experience with Financial Intelligence, Investigations, Cyber Security, and/or Cryptocurrency Technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, web3, and blockchain technology is advantageous but not required
Responsibilities
- Establish trust and build strong relationships with Indian Intelligence and Defence Agencies, tailoring the sales approach to their needs
- Evangelise solutions in a compelling yet approachable way
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to market trends, competitive drivers, and region-specific sales channels
- Work closely with Customer Success, PreSales, and Marketing teams to lead conversations within the customer base
- Demonstrate exceptional expertise in sales forecasting to drive informed decision-making and maximize business growth
- Use data from sales figures, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to meet and exceed sales goals
