About the Role
You will launch and lead the Groningen hub, beginning with a major construction deployment. You will plan deployment logistics, lead site operations, manage contractor relationships, and deliver quality work on schedule. You will own deployment P&L, improve operational systems and margins, grow construction projects, translate on-site friction to R&D, and support hiring operators.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of management experience as a startup founder, GM, or in operations, strategy, business development or a similar area

Responsibilities
- Plan deployment logistics, including robots, staffing, subcontractors and operational plans
- Oversee, manage and motivate the construction-site team
- Liaise with general contractors and other stakeholders
- Build operational systems, fix processes and improve margins
- Grow construction projects and future adjacent product lines
- Own deployment P&L and improve unit economics
- Translate on-site friction to the R&D team
- Support hiring and interviewing robot and deployment operators
