About the Role
You will partner directly with the President as a trusted advisor and operational stand-in. You will synthesize insights for high-stakes decisions, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, lead complex initiatives, and build AI-enabled workflows for monitoring, modeling, and status reporting. You will work closely with engineering, product, support, and AI functions to drive rapid, aligned execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in high-growth technology strategy, operations, product operations, or technical chief of staff roles
- Technical fluency with engineering and AI research
- Experience solving ambiguous cross-functional problems without formal authority
- Quantitative and analytical skills for unit economics, technical systems data, and scenario modeling
- Executive-ready written and verbal communication
- Hands-on experience with LLM workflows, coding agents, and automation frameworks
- Ability to work in person at least three days per week in Foster City, California
- Experience scaling organizations while maintaining cultural and engineering standards
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and proxy for the President
- Synthesize operational insights and briefings for technical and organizational decisions
- Anticipate and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks
- Lead high-priority initiatives without a clear functional owner
- Build and deploy AI agents, automation pipelines, and operational workflows
- Track metrics, model scenarios, and monitor operations
