About the Role
You will coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with company objectives and act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing insights, proposing solutions, and assisting with decision-making. You will plan and direct administrative, financial, and operational activities for the CEO, oversee and streamline agency operations and procedures, and prepare documents for board and leadership meetings. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and high performance, and represent the CEO in meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field, plus two (2) years of experience as an Executive Assistant or related occupation
- Proficiency with office productivity tools: Confluence, Jira, Miro, Slack, and Microsoft Teams; Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Slides)
- Experience with CRM and Project Management Platforms: Salesforce, Asana and Trello
- Experience with travel and expense management systems: SAP Concur and Expensify
- Experience with corporate event planning and logistics using Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with document and contract workflow systems: DocuSign, Dropbox, and SharePoint
- Experience with operational reporting and data support using Excel and Google Sheets
Responsibilities
