About the Role
EQT is seeking a senior leader to translate AI platform capabilities into daily adoption, own collaboration and productivity tooling, set strategic direction across both pillars, and advise executive stakeholders on the firm's AI and digital workplace journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a small team and managing performance
- Success driving enterprise software adoption and change at scale
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, intranet, and communications tooling
- Strong executive-level communication and narrative-building skills
- Data literacy and ability to turn platform analytics into impact stories
- Fluency with enterprise AI tools and large language models such as Claude
- Experience managing executive stakeholders across multiple functions
- Willingness to travel regularly to other EQT offices
- Background in private equity, financial services, or another regulated environment
- Familiarity with AI governance or acceptable-use frameworks
- Experience supporting a multi-region distributed workforce
- Exposure to information architecture or employee communications strategy
Responsibilities
- Lead AI adoption strategy, usage analysis, reporting, and ROI storytelling for senior leadership
- Curate an employee destination for AI tools, use cases, and reusable assets
- Build an AI champions network and run forums to accelerate adoption
- Develop AI capability through coaching and enablement programs
- Lead AI-related internal and external communications across presentations, video, and written content
- Embed AI onboarding into joining and integration processes
- Own the digital workplace experience across collaboration, productivity, and video tooling
- Set the digital workplace roadmap and drive continuous improvement
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of six across both pillars
