About the Role
You work closely with the CEO to provide strategic insights, manage cross-functional projects, analyze business data, prepare stakeholder materials, and support decision-making. You address operational and strategic challenges, coordinate relationships, and help execute business initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field, or comparable experience and knowledge
- Technology and blockchain familiarity
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Superior written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-starter with project ownership
- Adaptability and learning agility
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools is a plus
- One or two years of experience in management consulting or a fast-paced startup is preferable
