About the Role

You lead a property management team, oversee portfolio performance, resolve complex issues and escalations, support investor goals, implement quality controls and operating procedures, conduct performance reviews, and partner with product and technology teams to improve operations.

Requirements

• Active real estate license
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• 7+ years of experience in operations, real estate, customer service or account management preferred
• Prior property management, cost management or revenue management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Oversee property managers for a designated portfolio
• Provide customer service to investors
• Resolve complex problems and underlying issues
• Handle internal and external escalations
• Advocate for investor goals
• Implement quality control checks
• Build and standardize operating procedures and policies
• Build relationships with departments
• Work with product and technology teams to create efficiencies
• Conduct performance reviews
• Assist with court appearances and utility activation payments
• Test software, processes and organizational changes
