About the Role
You will supervise the lead intake specialist and intake specialist team, direct daily operations, balance workloads, and support performance objectives. You will interview, train, coach, mentor, conduct quality audits, manage performance activities, address escalations, implement improvement plans, and coordinate with remote teams.
