About the Role
You will partner closely with the CEO on strategic research, analysis, recommendations, and execution. You will run planning cycles and leadership rhythms, lead cross-functional initiatives, track priorities and blockers, support board and investor materials, and write clear strategy and company communications.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, startup strategy, BizOps, or a similarly rigorous environment
- Analytical and financial skills
- Technical fluency
- Excellent writing
- Experience taking ambiguous projects to concrete outcomes
- Judgment about priorities
- Ability to challenge senior leaders
- Fluency with modern AI tools
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority CEO projects from research and analysis through execution
- Own cross-functional strategic initiatives including new markets, partnerships, and pricing
- Run company planning cycles, leadership meetings, business reviews, and offsites
- Track major initiatives, ownership, progress, and blockers
- Surface and help resolve cross-functional misalignment
- Support board, investor, metrics, and financing work
- Turn customer, partner, and market insights into useful company input
- Write strategy memos and company communications
